A wee house for sandwiches and doughnuts

Here is a small counter top food display made from entirely recycled or offcut wood. 90% NZ native recycled rimu, kauri, matai rescued from broken furniture, renovation offcasts, etc.

I wanted to make sure it showed off the wares and blended in, as well as fitting the tight functional requirements of the constrained bar space.

Cafe Verona, K rd. Best Kumara chips by far. Locally sourced Millars coffee. MMMM!

The only new bits were glass and hinges, screws and Linseed oil. The back door clicks shut with a Rimu wooden spring-latch made on the spot.
