A lot of interest in my bike services this month, thankyou Mt Albert community for being so keen on bikes! However, for a variety of reasons during lockdown, my waiting list currently extends well into late September.
A quick explanation of my bicycle repair protocol during the national Coronavirus 19 Alert level 2 (or 3):
Bike repair MUST be pre-arranged over the phone or email, and interaction will be brief and contactless. Please call 0212528655 or contact joscatcraft@gmail.com. No appointment- no service
Any bike coming in for a repair must be sanitary and clean. I will also be spray sanitising bikes on entry and exit of my workshop.
I will take as much details as possible beforehand to limit face to face interaction- please be prepared to text or email your contact details name/ address/ email and the bike’s repair issues, prior to you bringing the bike so that the drop off can be as efficient and brief as possible.
As well as booking an appointment, it also helps me a great deal to call me on 0212528655 shortly before arriving.
When you arrive, I will aim to meet you at the garage. The Tracer app QR code is on display or I will have a paper contact record to be filled out. Please remain outside and follow 2m physical distancing. Lean your bike up and step away.
