A quick explanation of my bicycle repair protocol during the national Coronavirus Covid 19 Alert level 3:
I expect any bike coming in for a repair to be sanitised/cleaned by yourself, especially the parts most handled while handling the bike: grips, handlebar, seat, pedals and the top-tube of the frame. I will be sanitising / cleaning each bike I work on again for safety reasons before and after I have worked on your bike.
I will take as much details as possible, including your contact details and the bike’s repair issues, prior to you bringing the bike so that the drop off can be as efficient as possible to keep interaction brief.

When you arrive, I will aim to meet you at the garage door so please wait on the street. Please follow 2m physical distancing while dropping and collecting, and park your bike straight into the garage space using a stand or lean the bike to the workbench.
Any unexpected issues I discover with the bike I will do my best to communicate with you via phone.
Service turnaround may be a little slow so please bear with me.
