May boat progress

Took the boat for another sneaky test- row the other night, took my buddy who has loaned the use of his garage- one of his first rowing experiences! Boat handled beautifully and gave me a bit of thought about improving the forrard rowlock position and a design concept for rear passenger seats. Here she is in the dark on the grassy bank:

Then a few days later it was time to shift her to the new workspace, a mysterious subterranean boat cave society which I have kindly been accepted into. It has a wee bit more room! I can even see how she looks with the masts and rudder balanced in position:

And here is my latest rig sketch, I think I am trending towardsetting up a gunter for windward performance:
